Big Smokers

Big Smokers is a barbecue restaurant in Prague’s Holešovice district. The restaurant takes inspiration from classic American workers’ canteens, serving well-known dishes from U.S. cuisine in a simple, casual setting. The menu features well-known Southern and barbecue dishes. Popular choices include Buffalo chicken wings, Andouille sausages, pork belly, and pulled pork. Traditional sides are also a key part of the experience, including pickled cucumbers, Louisiana-style gumbo, beans with meat, and soft homemade pastries inspired by Hawaiian buns, often dipped into meat juices. A lime coleslaw adds a fresh element to the rich dishes.
